Return shipping charges are only refunded if the item was faulty or incorrectly sent by us.

Refund Conditions|退款条件
Refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card used for the purchase.

Items must be returned in original, unused condition within 2 working days of delivery.

We will process your refund within 1 working day after receiving and verifying the returned goods.

If items appear to have been opened or used, no refund will be issued.

How to Return Your Items|退货流程
Please return your item by post, securely sealed and including:

We strongly recommend using a recorded delivery service (i.e., Poslaju, ABX Express, Gdex, Skynet).

Please keep your proof of postage in case of delivery issues.

Processing Your Refund|退款流程
If your return is approved, we will process the refund within 30 days.
退货被确认接受后,我们将在30天内完成退款处理。
The return postage fee will also be refunded only if a valid receipt is provided, and the return reason is due to damage or incorrect item.
若退货原因为我们寄错或产品有损坏,并提供有效运费收据,我们将一并退还寄回运费。
