Free Shipping｜免运费标准
West Malaysia（西马）：Free shipping for all orders（全单免运费）
East Malaysia（东马，包括 Sabah、Sarawak、Labuan）：Flat rate RM14（统一运费 RM14）

Order Cut-Off Time｜下单时间限制
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Malaysia Time) will be processed on the same working day.
After 12:00pm, orders will be processed the next working day.
所有订单需在 中午12点前 下单，方可于 当日工作日 处理。12点后的订单将顺延至下一个工作日。

Out-of-Stock Items｜缺货处理
If the product you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to confirm:
A replacement
A refund
Or other instructions

Packing & Processing Time｜打包与处理时间
All orders will be processed within 1–2 working days

Courier Delivery Time｜快递配送时间
Peninsular Malaysia（西马）：1–3 working days
East Malaysia（东马）：3–5 working days

General Delivery Days｜一般派送时间
Pos Malaysia: Monday to Friday
SKYNET Express: Monday to Friday
(Excludes public holidays)
Pos Malaysia 与 SKYNET Express 均在 周一至周五派送（公共假期除外）

Delivery Speed Notice｜到货时间提醒
Most parcels to Peninsular Malaysia are delivered within 2–4 working days, depending on location and courier performance.
西马地区多数订单将在 2–4 个工作日内送达，具体时间依地区与物流状况而定。

Change or Cancel Order｜修改或取消订单
Please contact us immediately if you wish to change or cancel your order.
If your order has not been shipped, we will assist you as best we can.
